ㆍSearch candidates for senior hiring positions through
multiple channels and proactively conduct phone
screening to build connections, to introduce open
roles and to validate the capability of candidates.
ㆍIs able to build and maintain a talent pool with
consistency to cope with the future hiring needs
from
business.
ㆍExplore new channels that can effectively source the
right people for the position directly with speed by
reducing the time for hiring.
ㆍKeep track of hiring process for open positions and
share feedback with recruiter and hiring managers.
ㆍAnalysis of market trends by industry to develop the
proper sourcing strategy to the business and develop
talent mapping.
ㆍMaintain and update the candidate databases and
ATS system.

Education
ㆍBachelor degree or above in related field
Experience
ㆍ2+ years experience in HR field, direct sourcing
experience is a mandatory.
ㆍExperience recruiting and/or sourcing on multiple
roles across multiple skill sets
Personal skills
ㆍProven experience of sourcing on multiple roles
across multiple skill sets
ㆍHands-on experience with specific sourcing
techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms
and crafting Boolean search strings)
ㆍHas experience with HR systems (including an ATS
: Workday) and candidate management systems.
ㆍSolid verbal and written communication skills including
promoting opportunities, building up relationship.
ㆍHas strong learning ability, interpersonal skill, energetic
and teamwork.
ㆍDeep knowledge of industry and passion about
sourcing strategies to expand the network to potential
candidates.
ㆍPassion for improving both candidate experience and
hiring manager satisfaction at every step of the
recruiting process
ㆍAbility to positively present our company and open
roles to potential candidates
