Your Role: Provide specialized technical advice and application support to customer on the proper use and performance of Biomonitoring tools. Execute sales Strategy, setting up product value positioning, initiate Marketing plans and execution for business development. - Maintain Technical knowledge in assigned product group and related market. - Support customers and account managers by offering technical & application assistance in an organized and timely manner. - Address customer concerns and determine corrective actions. - Catch up knowledge of products, applications and market information from Life Science industry. - Train customers, perform technical presentation / workshops and participate in technical / business meeting at customer and distributor side. - Develops Marketing plans and coordinates activities as a team. - Manage the distributor's activities in the region and encourage them to increase the Biomonitoring business and comply with business strategy. - Actively invovled in H/W business by supporting system operation training, troubleshooting, optimizing protocol. - Analyzes Key accounts and identified opportunities to accelerate revenue growth. - Understand and be able to consult Microbiology, Biology and Life Science customers with scientific credibility in Pharma industry. - Engages with customers to build up and maintain relationships. - Represents the company professionally, ethically and morally at all the time.
Who You Are: - Bechelor's degree or higher in Microbiology or relevant. - +3 year substantial experience in Microbiology Product management, Marketing, Microbiology Lab., Pharma QC, - Qualified in business presentation, communication skill and market analysis.
