[Summary]
This position is responsible for carrying out tasks and projects related to QC Microbiological activities at J&J Korea Cheongju plant as required by Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). Partners with other Departments to ensure that all QC Microbiology testing activities are completed in an efficient manner.
[Responsibilities]
1) Performs routine and investigational microbiological testing activities.
- Micro limit test for Finished Goods and raw materials
- Serial dilution of microorganism
- Growth Promotion Test
- AET and Method Suitability Test for NPD & NPI
- OOS/OOT investigation
- Reagent control and Media preparation
- Environmental monitoring test
- Control stock of microorganism.
2) Executes validation, operation, maintenance, calibration and troubleshooting of equipment
- Equipment maintenance: Autoclave, Biological Safety Cabinet, Incubator.
- Control schedule for Calibration in Micro Lab with Equipment history card and calibration tag.
3) Documentation control
- Review for test record of FG.
- Support to check OBS and fill out the test results for products.
- Micro related local SOP control (Issue, Revise, Obsolete).
- Review the results of micro test for raw material in Test Record.
- Prepare and review calibration protocol and report.
- Prepare serial dilution, Growth promotion, autoclave logboo
[Requirements]
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Microbiology, Biology, or related science is preferred
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Good organizational skills, detail-oriented & accurate, analytic
