■ Job Purpose
The Solution Consultant is responsible for supporting sales at key customer
pursuits by providing specific solution expertise in a defined geographical
area. The Solution Consultant acts as the solution expert for the sales
organization by assisting with delivering outcome-based messaging to
customers at executive and management levels. The Solution Consultant
has a broad understanding of all related products and delivery offerings
from RA, partners and competitors in the designated solution area.

DCS Project Lead
Engineer

Requirements |

Commercial
Engineer

The Commercial Engineer is knowledgeable in assigned groups of
products/technologies and their use. This position will specifically focus on
Rockwell Automation's Independent Moving Cart technology including
iTRAK and MagneMotion. Experience with RA Motion Control products
and architectures is a plus

Requirements

ㆍRequires a minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in an
industrial technical field.
ㆍBachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent combination of skills
and education. BSEE or BSME preferred. Master’s degree a plus.
ㆍCapable of using of personal computers and the appropriate applications,
including but not limited to Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project and
OneNote.
ㆍKnowledge of Studio 5000 and Rockwell PLC technology is strongly
desired.
ㆍExperience in automation is highly desired.

Regional IS Delivery
Manager

■ Job Purpose
This position will be responsible for managing all IS delivery team and
acting the manager of MES delivery team in Solution & System Business
Unit for Korea. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure both the
commercial and technical success of all IS projects (MES/ASG/Pavilion). This
will include revenue forecasting on a monthly, quarterly and rolling 12-
month basis, ensuring that projects are being executed within budget and
schedule requirements by the project teams, ensuring that all projects are
executed in accordance with the IS strategy and best practices. Meanwhile,
lead IS solution projects estimation and pricing based on BU policy and
processes. Organize IS delivery experts to fully support sales to pursue new
opportunities so as to help accelerate the growth of IS business in the
region.
■ Key Responsibilities
ㆍManage regional projects/ programs KPIs, shipment AOP and Margin
ㆍManage Utilization of regional IS delivery team (MES/ASG/Pavilion)
ㆍDevelop and Manage IS Delivery talents in IS space
ㆍManage suppliers and leverage their resources to IS projects
ㆍAccountable to ensure regional project teams comply with the use of
standardized company project management controls: issue management;
change management; risk management; problem tracking; contingency
planning and communication management.
ㆍAccountable to ensure that regional project managers properly manage
the budgets for project expenditures providing a full and accurate
disclosure of budget, including cost center variance reporting, forecasting
and explanations of over/under expenditures. |
Requirements

qualification and/or experience.

Account Manager

■ Job Purpose
ㆍDedicate focused effort and resources to provide selling support to key
Rockwell Automation accounts. Develop an annual strategic sales plan to
target support for the accounts which includes the objectives, strategies
and action plans for an identified functional unit within Rockwell
Automation. Integrate these plans into branch/regional office strategic
plans.
ㆍEstablish relationships with high levels of customer management. As well
as other levels. Make sales calls on regular customers on a periodic basis,
informing them of Rockwell Automation products and product
application.
ㆍHelp coordinate activities of Rockwell Automation worldwide in the
coverage of key accounts. Insure opportunities for additional business are
acted upon and monitor Rockwell Automation performance on a
continuing basis.
ㆍTrack and publish major project information on a regular basis.
ㆍDevelop list of prospective customers with Sales manager, studies the
approach to be made, makes calls on the customers and follows with
additional visits and correspondence as appropriate.
ㆍAnalyze customer requirements and thorough familiarity with Rockwell
Automation products and their functions, develops plans for use of the
appropriate Rockwell Automation equipment.
ㆍDescribes customer requirements for the more complicated modifications
of Rockwell Automation products, and co-ordinates the efforts of the
technical specialists for development of proposals. Presents proposals to
customers. |
Requirements

ㆍAcademic degree in a technical or engineering field, or equivalent
practical experience
ㆍ+3 years of experience in a technology sales/direct sales/ client
management position within industrial automation
ㆍSelf-motivated, independent, team worker, good communicator, customer

navigation skills are preferred.
