해외영업 무역사무International Distributor team 1명

International Distributors 팀의 Regional Director (한국계 독일인) 에게 리포팅하게 되며, Footwear 또는 Fashion industries 에서의 해외영업/무역/영업지원 경험이 있는 분을 우대합니다. 해당 포지션은 사세확장으로 인한 추가 채용입니다.

[Position Summary]
Assist the Distributors team to achieve the company financial and marketing goals through managing a
smooth and efficient operations, and provide accurate and timely analyses/reports

[Responsibilities]
• Provide customer service to all international distributor markets.
• In coordination with International Operations (IO), manage the forecasting and ordering processes.
• Monitor sample shipments to Distributors partners giving timely updates
• Work closely with International Operations (IO), Liason Officers in factories, and customers’ 3PLs to facilitate the shipping processes from the factories to customers.
• Provide reports and analyses to Distributor team for a better understanding of the business and help achieve the team’s business objectives.
• Monitor Distributor performance and provide monthly sell-out and inventory compilation
• Professionally organize and manage all administrative tasks for successful seasonal trade shows/sales events.
• Provide administrative support to the Distributors team.
• Follow up on distributors’ defective reports and consumer complaints.
• Helps to select, enter and manage the shipping of additional warehouse orders from international subsidiaries.
• Take responsibility for managing 4/5 export markets by working alongside Regional Director
