면세팀만 담당 : 해외에 라인 매니저 커뮤니케이션 (영어 능력 필수) Be a Business Partner to Travel Retail Korea team: o Drive business analysis (sell-in/sell-out, investments, stock, etc.) o Consult & challenge business, suggest corrective measures and processes improvement • Lead the entire P&L of TR Korea, ensure documented closing, perform regular accruals • Lead financial planning process (monthly Net Sales estimate, quarterly forecasts, budget and mid-term plan) • Conduct monthly P&L analysis (by operator), explain key deviations vs Target / last FC to Region & Group • Highlight risks and opportunities on a monthly basis • Optimize controlling tools and processes to increase efficiency • Secure financial discipline and compliance, take part to internal and external audit visits • Coordinate with Korea local market Finance & Accounting, exploit synergies, exchange information • Support in ad-hoc projects and all controlling related topics o Finance Director Global TR & SC o General Manager TR Asia o Controlling Manager TR Asia o Korea TR Country Manager o TR Korea team o Korea Finance and Accounting o Logistics & Customer Service o HQ Accounting o Group Controlling University Degree in Business Administration or Finance • Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in a similar (business/sales controlling) position • FMCG / Retail business experience mandatory; Luxury Retail or Travel Retail experience is a plus • Strong analytical and organizational capabilities with high attention to detail combined with solid business partnering attitude • Fluent English and Korean language skills in writing and speaking • Proficient in MS Excel, SAP FI/CO and BI tools |
