업무내용
• Business Support and engagement
- Interact with relevant departments and to support business of customers
- Manage Business information and lead process to Business type conversion
- Work cross-functionally with relevant departments to ensure the income tax amount incurred by project.
• Sales Reports Support for Management Decision Making
- Manage daily sales tracking reports, promotion update for exe/manager and support other sales initiatives.
- Prepare and report monthly flash report for exe/manager.
- Support and participate in forecasting monthly sales aligned with market trends and promotions.
• Treasury Support
- Manage the issuance and rent of public corporate card
- Document petty cash transactions incurred and settle the expenses and deposit
- Support wage payment approval and provide shared service for payment approval
• General accounting administration
- Receive AR/AP Confirmation letter and transfer to GBS IBM team
• GBS performance update
- Check GBS Issue and share the issue to GBS
- Participate in market forum meeting

자격요건

University Graduate

Major related to Finance, Accounting, Business Administration & Economics preferred

Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Korean)

Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel & PowerPoint)

Analysis & reporting

Comfortable with numbers and fast paced working environment

Working knowledge/experience in Accounting/Finance area preferred
