Title : Senior R2R Accountant – IDEM, Korea | 1year contract
Location : Korea (Seongnam, Jeongja-dong) |
|
|
| 01 Major Responsibilities : |
|
|
1. Month-End G/L Closing (Corporate accounting)
- Closing Actual Sales and COGS
- Fixed asset accounting(acquisition, disposal)
- Maintenance of balance sheet details - fixed assets, prepaid expenses, accruals, depreciation, tax
- Distributor incentive calculation (Rebate payable based on Sales target)
- Other general ledger accounting entries and adjustments
- Prepare and review of Financial statements
- Review of Accounting transactions(2nd review of T&E, AP, AR, GL)
- Payroll booking which provided by outsourced payroll company
- Inventory Provision calculation(Quarterly)
- Approval of Vendor, Customer master data
- Review of VAT filing, WHT and corporate income tax returns.
- Review of all payments and expense
2. Credit Management
- Credit limit setting, Bloked order release(Daily), Weekly Credit Status reporting of
Distributors(Customers), Renewal of Collaterals
- AR management with net due date
- Communicate with Commercials regarding credit and overdue block
3. Reporting
- Managerial F/S reporting by HFM (Monthly System reporting)
- Submit Global F/S package (Monthly Tax Provison , PPE, AR aging, IC Reserve etc)
- Global Product Reporting (Sales, COGS by product, Business unit)
- Operating result report of each Business unit(Plan vs Actual)
4.Others
- Support a Finance Controller(Perform ad hoc upon request)
- Provide guidance local process to non-finance org |

| 02 Preferred experiential background : |
|
|
- University Degree / Finance and Accounting, business administration
- 6 to 10 years, working experience in multinational companies.
- Must Have SAP System experience(Must FI Module, Preferred CO and MM)
- HFM reporting (Preferred)
- Experience in healthcare industry (Preferred)
- Fluent in English and Korea |
