[The Job]

This position will carry duties of receiving insurance application from agents, initial underwriting & documentational support to P&C underwriters for final underwriting, premium receipt and reconciliation, management on monthly installment premium & policy maintenance (endorsement, cancellation, reinstatement, renewal list), various campaign support, customer service to agent & insured, various documentation and reports, etc.

[Job Description]

1. Increase new sales and maintain retention production
- Keep standard Sales Manager activities for sales efficiency (# of training, meeting, TM, key branch & keymen development)
- Achieve assigned new biz and renewal production target

2. Agency management
- Manage agencies & agents including new & retention management
- Develop key branches & keymen for making new sales production
- Visit and train products to agents, and respond to the needs

3. Recruitment
- Recruit new distribution partners for sales expansion
- Expand registered agent's number for activation

[Job Requirement]

Experience / knowledge / Skills
- University graduate above
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in relevant field
-Strongly preferred experience in Property&Casualty(기업보험) sales and operation
-Strong marketing, communication and presentation skill

Competencies
- Property&Casualty Lines business expertise
- Communication skill with customer & agency
- Statistical data management experience & good at Excel
