[Job Description]

* Operation 의 전반적인 업무를 담당하며, 발생 되는 task에 대해 처리 

 Main responsibilities would cover functions related to ETD trade support, front office desk support, client communication and multiple tasks in settlement risk and control within BofA across Korea ETD business. Candidate must be on hand to offer premium client service and deal with daily BAU support and queries on F&O related processes and manage close relationships with internal BofA partners and external counterparties such client’s custodian bank and the Exchange. Preferred to have up to date market/settlement knowledge and understanding of local system (i.e.Powerbase). Directly interacting with internal and external parties on a daily basis, handling daily F&O settlement and operational issues.

Responsibilities
• Resolution and escalation of Korea daily settlements
• Timely response to internal/external client queries regarding F&O trades
• Manage local system on timely basis to perform daily margin calls and interact with relevant Margin CSR groups.
• Proactively follow up client to avoid settlement failure.
• Liaising with other internal partners to ensure timely resolution of settlement.
• Involvement in ad hoc projects for new processes or industry initiatives
• Breaks investigation and resolution.

[Requirements]

* 2-3년제 대졸 이상 

* 최소 3년이상의 금융권 업무 경력 (필수)

* 비즈니스 레벨 이상의 영어 실력 (읽기, 말하기, 쓰기, 듣기/ 필수)

• Presentable, confident and internal/external client focused.
• Excellent communications/MS Office skills and ability to present to an audience.
• Ability to work under pressure in a team environment.
• Ability to liaise with all levels of the firm and people with different experiences and backgrounds.
• Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised. Candidate will be able to manage own time and know when to escalate.
• Knowledge of Operational Risk, Client Money Protection
• Clear English communication skills

[근무 조건]

 고용형태 : 파견 계약직 12개월 (이후 업무 평가에 따른 연장 여부 결정)

  * 2월 중순 근무 시작 예정이며, 면접 합격 후 백그라운드 체크가 진행 됩니다.

    백그라운드 체크가 이상없이 완료 되어야 최종 합격 및 입사절차 진행 됩니다.

 근무시간 : 9시~17시 / 주5일

 근무지 : 광화문역 / 시청역 인근

 급여 : 면접시 협의 (최종연봉 및 희망연봉 기재 必)
