01 Title : Senior Sales Manager – IDEM, Korea
     Location : Korea (Seongnam)
Primary Goals/Objectives:
- Responsible for Responsible for achieving sales goal for the company.
  promote products and services to customers and negotiate contracts with the aim of maximizing sales
  profits.
  Manage the distributors and their activities of assigned territory, ensuring proper levels of sales effort are
  maintained with related customers and organizations.
  Support the field sales team, marketing team and finance team in gathering accurate market information
  and provide assistance in the development of market potential, sales forecasts and product line revisions as
  well as pricing changes.
  Formulate strategy and process for operational success by ensuring sustainable profitable growth and
  on-time fulfillment.
  Drive go-to-market transformation with deep understanding of commercial dynamics and environment
  change to secure sustainable competitiveness in the market.

Major Responsibilities:
- Responsible for achieving sales goal for the company.
- Establish own sales goals aligning with company goal.
- Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates sales performance to drive initiatives for improvement.
- Develop long-term and short-term sales & marketing plan, actively engage with Asia pacific & Global
  Headquarters.
- Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based
  approach.
- Demonstrates products and services to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those
  best suited to their needs.
- Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
- Researches sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
- Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
- Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
- Analyzes the territory/market’s potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customer
  value to the organization.
- Maintains national sales staff job results by counselling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring,
  and appraising job results.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops;
  reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Lead process of demand planning and fulfilment for distributors and make improvement if necessary
- Lead contract renewal with strict compliance of corporate guideline.
- Establish and implement strategic meeting and training programs for distributors' sales forces.
- Implement Performance Excellence program for oneself and subordinates.
- Hire, assign, train, reward and maintain adequate number of high-quality staff members and
  communicate pertinent business information to them on a regular basis.
- Ensure adequate two-way communication with other departments.
- Operate within the constraints of Code of Business Conduct and ensure no violations occur.

Educations:
- Minimum education required: Bachelor’s degree.
- Good in people management.
- Excellent interpersonal skill required.
- Excellent Written and oral communication skills.
- Fluent in both English and local language.
- Strategic thinking and excellent execution required.

Preferred experiential background:
- More than 10 years of sales or marketing experience in diagnostics, related industry, B2B business,
  Procurement tender business(Government, big companies)
- Have a working knowledge of the market including trends and issues relate to the diagnostics industry.
- Diagnostics sales experience required at a level of Sales Manager or higher.
- Have advanced analytical and communication skills and must be able to manage multiple tasks and have
  excellent organizational skills and presentation skills beneficial.
- Ability to examine business environment and develop/execute in response to market opportunities will be
  of significant benefit.
- Effective knowledge of the regulatory environment in which the business operates.
- Capacity to make sound judgements related to the effective management of the company’s resources and
  personnel.

Accountability/Scope:
- Responsible for achieving sales goals. This position ensures sales achievement through timely completion
  of assigned tasks and projects within the functional area. The position is accountable for budget
  performance within the functional area. This position manages assigned projects; including organizing
  and working cross-functionally and on teams, identify changes, providing guidance/direction, training and
  necessary resources. This position is responsible for establishing a positive environment, communicating
  department objectives and results.

03 Title : RAGA Manager – IDEM, Korea
     Location : Korea (Seongnam)
Primary Goals/Objectives:
- The RAGA Manager will be responsible for providing oversight and guidance for Regulatory Affairs and
  New Health Technology Assessment(Reimbursement) for products circulated for all divisions within
  ARDx Korea.
  The role will lead the RAGA organization in S. Korea, including Regulatory Affairs.
  The role will be accountable for development of regulatory and compliance strategies / plans and lead the
  teams to drive subsequent implementation to meet with business success in S. Korean market, to ensure
  registration and approvals’ maintenance of key commercially successful products through lifecycle 
  management of the products circulated in S. Korea, and to eliminate compliance risks in the market,
  in line with legal/regulatory/compliance requirements, and local business needs.
  Develops and maintains excellent talents and knowledges of procedures and environment related to 
  Regulatory Affairs. Establishes and maintains a network with the relevant policy makers and regulatory 
  agencies.
  Build and execute New Health Technology Assessment and Reimbursement strategy.

Major Responsibilities:
- Provide oversight to Regulatory affairs to ensure they are adequately resourced and prepared for
  registration. Effective supervision of this subordinates for successful execution of the job assigned.
- Leads, motivates and develops RA staffs
- Manage the preparation and submission of new product registrations, business licenses, permits and
  amendments including periodic renewals and revisions
- Provide leadership, working with divisional regulatory affairs and management in developing product-
  licensing strategies to deal with all required laws and regulations to achieve early market entry and cost
  effective operation of the business while maintaining regulatory compliance
- Effectively communicate with all level of staff and have a good working relationship with management
  and employees to promote teamwork
- Manage the preparation and submission of KC Certifications application and supporting the required
  testing at applicable laboratory
- Manage the preparation and maintain of chemical materials in accordance with Registration,
  Evaluation, etc. of Chemicals act and Chemicals Control Act.
- Effectively develop and execute New Health Technology Assessment and Reimbursement strategy,
  such as supporting of local clinical study.
- Perform other activities or special projects as assigned by management and/or instructed by direct
  supervisor.
- Leads the RAGA team to ensure timely communication of RAGA intelligence and strategies in
  ARDx Korea and Globally.
- Ensures that Global and Overseas Regulatory Affairs Teams, Global and local commercial groups and
  other functions are provided with clear, constructive regulatory advice and intelligence to assist planning
  and issue resolution during product registration and reimbursement planning.

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher degree in Engineering, Sciences or Medicine.
- Proven experience in managing the RA function in South Korea related In Vitro Diagnostic Device field
  or Medical device field
- More than ten years experiences working and managing a regulatory affair in multinational company
- Knowledge of the functional operation of IVD and/or MDD

Essential Skills and Abilities:
- Strong planning, organizing and project management skills
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively, across cultures and functions
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills and the ability to influence internal and external
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Korean.
