Reliability Solution Sales Manager

l  Be responsible for both Domestic & EPC account management and Reps in Machine and Asset management business.

l  Expand OCS business as part of Digital Transformation business in Korea, especially Software and Solutions, Data Analytics, Reliability Consulting and Platform Software.

l  Work closely with other BUs and DX team to ensure maximum synergy and focus on supporting pursuit of strategies

l  Lead project pursuits of Reliability Solution business

l  Generate bookings for the responsible solutions to meet the assigned team target

l  Support project pursuit activities such as providing technical solutions and developing sales strategies

l  Report project pursuit status, forecasting and profitability analysis to Management

l  Manage and implement the projects complying with the company standard procedures

l  Develop and drive mid and long-term business strategies and marketing plans for designated accounts

l  Leverage and activate capabilities and resources to encourage pursuit of strategies

l  Build strategic customer relations to achieve sales strategies and objectives

l  Provide timely sales data, reports, and analysis

l  Manage and supervise RS team effectively by assigning appropriate tasks
