Job Description
1. Ensures that all Roche products handled by RDKR are being
distributed & controlled in compliance with Roche quality
policy and with all relevant regulations in Korea.
2. Develops and implements Quality process for IVD handlings
and maintain RDK Quality KPI.
3. Performs a variety of QA specialist duties from the post-market
care point of view to ensure requirements are met.
4. Reviews, analyzes and reports on product safety issue
related to all Roche products handles by RDKR.
5. Lead or Support projects related to QMS including KGMP.
6. Liaise with Key SMEs from RA, Mkt, Sales, SCM & relevant RDK
employees to ensure all aspects of Quality KPIs.
7. Responsible for leading and managing or supporting
non-conformity / CAPAs.
8. Support and/or lead Quality audit -distributors,
RDK Internal and Group Audit.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above in a related field.
(Medical engineering or Biology is preferred)
- 2+ years of related experience
(Medical Devices or IVD area QA experience is preferred.)
- Familiar with related local and international regulations
and standards
- General knowledge of other related disciplines
- Communications skills, both oral and written at
all levels of the organization
- Fluent English both spoken and written
- Good skills in computer software

1. Define and execute product marketing plans and
perform daily product management tasks.
• Develop and execute product marketing plans and
plan of actions
• Develop product messaging and sales tools
• Stock management such as forecast, ordering and
allocation during bottleneck
• Manage all regulatory and reimbursement tasks involved
during phase in and out
• Monitor local sales and conduct analysis
• Coordinate and conduct product seminars and
conferences participation
• Provide marketing activities update reports regularl
2. Gather market insights through regular customer visits,
competitors and market trends monitoring and
incorporate these insights into product strategy.

• Participate in sales and applications meeting
3. Align and collaborate with all stakeholders

• Coordinate training for sales, distributors and all relevant

Qualifications
