담당업무

# Bring order intakes to MAN at the highest possible margin for Sales Projects

# Develop a short-term, mid-term and long-term plan and strategy to increase market share in the responsible area in line with the overall business targets and strategy of the team

# Develop effective tactics and feasible project structures with competitive and reliable project partners

# Develop and maintain close relationship with customers in the responsible area

# Collect market requirements in the responsible area and feed those requirements into the MAN organization

# Constantly seek, evaluate and document market data and competitive landscape relevant to the sales projects and clients

# This position requires frequent business trip inside / outside of Korea.

지원자격

# Strong passion !

# University degree or equivalent in Engineering discipline.

# Detailed understanding of the Turbomachinery, EPC business and Aftersales, both on technical and commercial aspects.

# Approx. 5-8 years of related experience as Sales Manager or Technical Sales Manager or Business Development Manager working for an EPC or a Turbo OEM supplier or a local service provider preferably in the field of industrial plants.

# Profound leadership experience

# Proven sales track record

# Strong communication skills (Korea and English)

# Strong presentation skills (Korean and English)

# Entrepreneurial mindset combined with a high degree of business and commercial acumen leading to market and customer creation, development and retention.

# Personal credibility and standing

# Good documentation skills (MS office)
