C. 프로세스: 재무/관리회계 컨설팅 in Plus, 자동차 판매 및 AS업무 프로세스 컨설팅 및 설계 , Finance & Controlling, Sales, After Service, E-Contract
D. 개발 언어 및 DB: 자바, MS SQL/Oracle
E. IT Governance: ITIL 서비스 운영, 프로젝트 방법론 이해자

담당업무

ㆍIS Project Manager, Business Solution Manager/ IS Analyst
The Business Solution Manager will have primary responsibility for providing information system (IS) support and project delivery to business with business process and IS/IT application knowledge and know-how based on relative law and internal control process.
IS Project Manager
- Lead Information System Project
- Define Project concept and approach
- Understand business needs and define Project Business case
- Manage project budget plan and manage cost
- Manage project KPI and follow-up
- Report to Project steering committee
- Project Document documentation
- Escalate project risk if any

Business Solution Manager
- Animate business processes and applications improvement, through assessment
- Optimization proposal and implementation
- Propose and implement solutions to support business evolution, manage cross-functional and IS/IT integration
- Work cross-functionally with other functional processes and IT
- Define User Training and User Documentation

IS Analyst
- Define and manage IS Service KPI
- Manage applications on a day to day basis to ensure the effectiveness of the IS applications in the functional department to meet business needs (DMS, SIS, EIS, LMS, SUN, E-Claim)
- Ensuring monitoring of applications to anticipate the risk of dysfunction
- Troubleshooting with the assistance of external suppliers
- Provide and develop knowledge of business process and applications
- Communication with business system user periodically and develop the user requirements
