Qualification

ㆍMinimum 3 years business experience, ideally some time spent in revenue management

ㆍIdeally with MNC experience in 1-2 following areas – Finance, Sales, Sales Support or Consumer Marketing / Marketing

ㆍUniversity major in Finance, Business, Economics or related areas

ㆍQualified accountant (AICPA, CPA) or CFA preferred

ㆍAnalytical skill

ㆍStrategic planning

ㆍCommunication skill in English (written and spoken)

ㆍStakeholder management skill

ㆍUnderstands the end-to-end value chain

ㆍProficient in MS Office

Job Context & Description 1명

Purpose

For Diageo to achieve its ambitious growth and profitability agenda across the world, markets need to transform the way they develop, plan and
execute their commercial plans. There is a particular focus required on customer planning, customer performance management and revenue
management to increase our current performance by delivering a sustainable balance of volume and price / mix growth that drives value for Diageo,
our customers and their customers.
This role will elevate the importance of “customer”, and customer plans, to the same level as “brand” and brand plans have today. Additionally, it will
embed a holistic Net Revenue Management (NRM) approach within our company processes.

Key Outputs
ㆍResponsible for growth of Net Sales Value per volume

ㆍOwn governance and control for trade spending and AD contract

ㆍLead M&E for AD contract

ㆍManage trade investment

ㆍLead pricing strategy including GMP management

ㆍLead NSV/EU growth by managing Mix / trade spending

ㆍLead global initiative such as Trade Investment (TI)

ㆍLead cross-functional team to drive insights leading to better business decision
