- 고객 관리 업무 – 기업조사, 기존 고객 관리 및 신규 고객 발굴

- 후보자 커리어 컨설팅 및 관리 – 후보자 경력 코칭 및 이력서 관리

- 채용의 전반적 과정 관리, 후보자 Searching 및 추천 인터뷰 코칭, 연봉 계약 관리

- 기타 회사 시스템 관련 제반 업무

Requirement

신입부터 경력 10년 미만 ( 이관 경력자 우대 )

적극적이며 성취 동기가 높으신 분

우수한 의사소통 능력

기업 경력 2년 이상 우대 ( 영업, 인사, 재무, 등 )

영어 의사소통 능력 선호

Job description
• This role is a fantastic prospect for someone who loves the thrill of the sale and approaching and establishing new client relationships

• Driving sales activities to connect with new and existing customers to establish and maintain business relationships

• Communicating with clients regarding the acquisition of talent by sourcing candidates through all possible search avenues

• Managing your own day to ensure that you are successfully creating your own pipeline and achieving weekly, monthly and quarterly individual/team targets

About You (Job Requirements)
• University Graduate or above.

• (Preferred) 1-2 years’ experience within sales (management) environment, or work experience with recruiting

• Industry experience-Healthcare, IT, FMCH, Finance&Banking etc.

• English ability (Intermediate/Advanced)

• You have a genuine desire to be the best at what you do, You do what you say you are going to do, when you say you are going to do it.

• Passionate, lively, self-motivated, confident and professional

• An energetic and proactive person with strong communication skills

• Proven team player with pro-active style takes initiative and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision
