[채용 포지션]
Customer Quality Engineering 팀 내 Product Qualification & Quality Assurance Engineer

[담당 업무]  

1. -Product qualification and Quality assurance during product definition and development phase milestone 1 to 9 
2. -New product development projects 
3. -Change/Conversion/Transfer Projects of business unit 
4. -Risk identification, reliability assessment planning & reporting 
5. -Review and audit technical/process compliance according to milestone checklist to ensure all the deliverables in place esp. implementation of specification requirements of -customer/production/ development 
6. -Create and ensure safe launch control plan and fulfillment and monitoring of control plan in place 
7. -Cooperation with Back-End QM for ramp-up readiness 
8. -Design, implement and improve product quality plans and product quality documentation for new and existing products 

[자격 요건]

1. -B.S. degree in Electronic or Electric, Chemistry, or Materials Science from accredited university
2. -Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality engineering, manufacturing, or laboratory role
3. -Results-oriented, self-motivated individual with proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize to meet business needs
4. -Inter-personal, communication, and teamwork skills and ability to work well with multi-cultural and cross-functional global teams 
5. -Fluent in spoken and written English
6. -Preferred with working knowledge of quality systems and experience with support of new product development and semiconductor package assembly manufacturing
7. -Preferred with skilled in reliability test method development and validation

-학사 (이공계 계열 전공자) 
-최소 3년이상 관련 직종 경력자 
-영어 가능자 (Speaking and writing fluently) 
-품질 관리 시스템에 대한 배경 지식이 있는 분 우대 

[근무 조건]
-고용형태: 파견계약직 1년 6개월 (산휴대체) 
-근무지 위치: 충남 천안시 동남구 (통근버스 운행) 
-근무 시간: 08:30~17:30 / 월~금
-급여: 경력 별 협의 / 1년 만근시 성과에 따른 보너스 지급
