As a Product Marketing Content Localization Specialist, you will be responsible for crafting,
translating, and editing product marketing messaging to our internal sales/business teams, and
our advertisers and agencies in Korea. You will also define and deliver the voice, tone, and style
of local marketing and sales content in close partnership with the Localization team and Korea
Product Marketing team. This is a contract position based in the [F] company Seoul office.

Responsibilities]
● Collaborate closely with in-market Product Marketing team and cross-functional
stakeholders to understand copywriting requirements and prepare localized product
marketing content accordingly.
● Build product knowledge and familiarize with marketing trends and challenges in Korea
to support ad hoc country-specific communication needs.
● Provide support coverage for marketing translations needs for urgent, high-sensitivity
requests during select circumstances (e.g., when translations teams are at capacity).
● Edit select translations delivered by third-party translators to ensure market suitability
and quality.
● Provide feedback to third-party translation teams so they learn the style, tone, and voice
of [F] company content in Korean.
● Liaise with our Localization team to help define and drive quality linguistic standards for
the market.
 
[Minimum Qualifications]
● Passion for [F] company products.
● Native fluency in Korean and near-native fluency in English.
● Well-connected with the language and culture of the country.
● 3+ years of experience in copyediting, content authoring, marketing content or similar,
preferably in product marketing or online advertising.
● Translation experience would be a plus.
● Experience working in a cross-functional team environment with tight deadlines.
● Familiarity with marketing concepts and technologies within the online advertising space
is a plus.
● Knowledge of localization tooling and processes is a plus.
● BA or equivalent in Journalism, Communication, English language or a related field
preferred.
