We are looking for e-Business Specialist to
maximize
digital engagement of customers online sales
with clear action plan and effective stakeholder
management especially sales forces
(Primary responsibility).
This position should work closely with Asia HQ
digital
marketing team to drive e-business
initiatives in Korea and maintain and enhance
Hilti online website platform using relevant
tools
(AEM, WCMS, etc.)

Online Sales Management
- Establish, implement, and monitor the online
sales
strategy for increasing online sales
share in
alignment with Region and Local
stakeholders
- Establish, implement, and monitor online
sales
promotions with clear target and KPIs
- Offer training to sales force on how to guide
customers to use online website and place
orders
Contents & Features Management
- Regularly review and fix the broken links on
the website
- Establish/optimize the process for online
order placement and product contents upload
as a website
platform owner
- Take lead on new function launch and other
functional enhancement processes on the
website by engaging with all relevant
stakeholders including Region and Local
team(e.g. Local engineering, Repair service,
etc.) |
Minimum experience / Skill
- Minimum 3 years of work
experience
with 1 year of E-
business related role
experience
- Confident business English skill
(especially speaking)
- Engaging communication and
negotiation skill

- Strong willingness to make
