Executive Assistant to CEO of a
Startup (“EKPORT”)
We
are looking for an executive assistant to the CEO of EKPORT (Ekport Korea Co.,
Ltd.).
EKPORT is a cross-border e-commerce and trading startup that was recently declared as one of the top 4 winners of K-Startup Grand Challenge 2019 in South Korea - beating 1673 startups from 95 countries around the world.

The
responsibilities of the Executive Assistant will be broad and changeable in
nature ranging from providing operational support to specific project support
to the CEO and management.
Responsibilities:
-
Assist CEO in company management - liaison with professionals
like accountant, lawyer and bankers in Korea to comply with local laws related
to tax, payroll and trade

Support CEO in sales – contacting clients,
scheduling meetings, making and receiving phone calls, interpretation and
translation from Korean to English and vice-versa
-
Assist CEO to prepare and maintain financial
records and confidential company documents
-
Translation and interpretation during events,
seminars and tradeshows
-
Execute tasks related to general office
management – purchase and manage office and IT equipment
-
Translate content from Korean to English and
vice-versa
Qualification:
For
part-time position (3 month internship): students enrolled in Bachelor’s or
Master’s degree in business administration or accounting may apply.
For
full time position (3 month contract): Graduates (minimum Bachelor’s degree) from
business administration or accounting degree programs may apply.
After
3 months of internship or contract, the Executive Assistant will be considered
for a permanent role at the company.
Skills
required:

Fluent in English and Korean

Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written
communication skills

Able to use office productivity tools like
Microsoft office – Powerpoint, Word, Excel,

Hard-working, diligent and honest

Able to work in a startup environment and multi-task
