자격요건
- Bachelor`s degree in Food/Chemical/Nutrition/Pharmacy Science discipline
- MS / PhD is preferred
-Global industry experience to include an understanding of the competitive market environment, understanding of key competitors and consumers, engagement in new technologies and an understanding of global regulatory and safety systems and trends
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, situational leadership techniques, and the prioritization and coordination of people and resources
- Knowledge of principles and procedures for recruiting, selecting, training, assessing, and motivating talent to reach group objectives
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
- Negotiation skills to include skills in influencing and gaining support of others without authority
- Analytical skills to interpret regulations that will limit product registrations
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to independently recognize and balance changing priorities to support aggressive product launch schedules including but not limited to managing interruptions, deadline revisions and multiple projects simultaneously with consistent follow through
- Approaches, tools and techniques that promote the ability to transcend traditional ideas, rules, patterns and relationships to create meaningful new ideas, forms, methods and interpretations in a variety of business situations
- Evaluating propositions or hypotheses and making judgments on the basis of well-supported evidence
- Identifying and anticipating problems, reviewing related information, developing and evaluating options, making decisions and implementing solutions
- Effectively communicating and presenting technical complex data (both verbally and written) to influence all levels and global audiences
