J&J Consumer is recruiting for Supply Chain Finance Manager, located in Korea
The Korea SC Finance Manager will be a key leader in partnership with Supply Chain organization in delivering its financial commitments.

[Responsibilities]
- Own E2E Supply Chain Business Planning, Period Forecast Updates and Actual results with business partners ensuring the reliability of the information and its timely submission.
- Partner with site operation director, site leadership team, cross- functional finance teams to deliver financial performance commitments and assess strategic opportunities across the sites.
- Lead total strategic cost per unit analyses for the site as well as jointly review and approve BP standard costs with Principal Inventory Costing team
- Closely work with Profitability & Performance Mgt team to analyze commentary on budget vs actual drivers, operational metrics, and frame results.
- Work with the PSE Regional Lead on Capital, Network, Site Master Plan evaluation to drive optimum utilization investment
- Partner across broader finance teams to ensure full compliance with the local statutory, Taxation as well as SOX requirement.
- Support the global function based out of the Supply Chain sites – Global Packaging, R&D etc.]

[Requirements]
- Bachelor of Finance, Accounting or equivalent with 7+ years of experience in Finance
- Proven track record of effective business partnership & results delivery, preferably in Supply Chain context
- Have experience leading multi-function and culture change management strategy in Supply Chain is highly preferred
- Responsibility, ownership and learning agility
- Managing stakeholder complexity
- Coaching/mentoring staff, managing performance and developing people
- Strong interpersonal & influencing skills
- Big picture orientation with attention to detail
- Fluent in English Communication
- +10% travel is required
