CS Partner management |
| Responsibilities |
- Manage the day-to-day relationship between SIE inc. and our outsourced contact center
vendors
for specified contracts
- Ensuring Vendor meets the SLA target every month
- Ensure the vendor processes meet global controls
and compliance requirements.
- Change Management - oversee vendor readiness
to support new product / service
launches,
changes to business process and tools
- Manage Voice of the Customer to identify and
organize opportunities for improvement
- Be accountable for training, quality, cost, capacity
planning
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate
end-to-end customer experience across
multiple
channels (call, email, chat, SNS and customer touch
points)
- Measuring and reporting on the performance
of the vendor |
| Requirements |
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or any other
relevant field
- At least 3 years of work experience in operation team in BPO industry / Contact center
vendor management or in a
similar role
- Project management skills and
understanding how to manage
the priorities of multiple
stakeholders in a complex
environment and focus on the
delivery of KPI results
- Ability to work across groups
managing individuals both
directly and indirectly to
achieve
a common goal
- Enthusiastic and creative leader
with the ability to inspire others
- Business level of communication
skill in English
- Strong analytical skills and
data-driven thinking
- Chinese language skill is also
preferable
