Principal Accountabilities
- Production data management is
the main task. 40%
- Monitor the end to end production process,
in bound and to out bound. Make shift plans,
manage utilization of equipments and operators
in the production process. 15%
- Assists/executes day-to-day operations of
assigned area, ensures team members follow
policies and procedures related to employee
safety and food safety. Make product line
cleansing plans and organize 2 hours safety
training a week. Understand plant operation
status. in order to achieve plant safety indicators,
organize on-site activities. 15%
- Supports Plant Manager & acts as leader to help
the section meeting customer specifications and
timeline. According to customer needs, make
daily, weekly and monthly production plans. 10%
- Provide report of the following : Loading output,
safety, feed safety, other important event 5%
- Team Management : Organize regular trainings
to improve operator’s skills. Arrange people
movements. 10%

- 해외 여행의 결격 사유가 없는 자
- 4개 공장 어디든지 근무 가능한 자
- 산업공학/전기/기계/화학공학 전공자
우대사항
- 생산 및 EHS 관련 경험자 우대(자격소지자)
- MS Office (엑셀, PPT등) 가능자
- 영어 가능자
- 운전면허 소지자
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree
- Good communication skill, able to
synchronize multiple stakeholders
- Majored in industrial engineering/
electric engineering/mechanical
engineering/chemical engineering
Prefered Qualification
- 3 - 5 year experience in Production and/or
Manufacturing
- Experience in safety and environmental
management
- English capability
- Expertise in Microsoft Office, especially
Microsoft Excel & PPT
- Able to setup delivery control report
- Multi-tasking
- Driver's license holder |
