[채용포지션]

Merchandiser (MD) / 9개월 자체계약직

[업무 내용]

1. OTB projection and Buying Support

- Assist OTB planning by season

- Ensure OTB complies with budget targets by store

- Prepares detailed buying plan and guidelines for all store managers

2. Sales Analysis and Inventory Control

- Monitor sales and sell-thru progress, and effective strategies and tactics to encourage sales.

- Closely monitor inventory level and develop action plan to resolve any issues, including reorder, cancellation, internal and external transfer.

- Collect customer feedback from stores. Communicate key findings. Incorporate learning in end-of-season analysis and buying recommendation

3. Merchandising Operation

- Communicates with retail and Comm. Management on new product launches.

- Communicates and closely works with the Retail and Comm. Teams in terms of window display and keep them informed of window display activities related to their respective domains.

- Arrange product trainings each season and organize meetings with product ambassadors in order to understand commercial needs.

- Generates & updates retail price report twice a year

- Generates monthly sales report, trend report, market search report, etc.

- Coordinates special events such as trunk show, VIP presentation events, etc.

- Visit the stores and train the sales team to help them to better understand the product specification and improve the sales.

[자격조건]

- 유관경력 5년 이상

- 명품업계 경력 보유자 우대

- 영어 능통자 필수, 프랑스어 가능자 우대

[근무조건]

- 근무시간: 9:00~18:00 / 주 5일

- 근무지: 서울시 강남구 신사동 

- 연봉: 경력별 협의 (최종연봉 및 희망연봉 기재 必)
