A. Responsible for marketing activities and initiatives on an operational level.

Assist to formulate marketing strategy, coming up with specific action plans and following them up

 B. Support the Marketing Project Manager in delivering projects of high quality, on time and budget.

  -        Roll our Group marketing campaigns by establishing a brand communication scheme
and coordinate activities including events, exhibitions and etc.

    -        Plan and execute for local marketing activities

-   Manage local and group agencies

-   Follow up the procedure and catch up with the details of the event

-   Responsible for offline media plan, SoMe(blog/Facebook/youtube), and SEO/SEM

-   Arrange the administrative assignments

C.  Assist to maintain and update company Official Sites

    -        Regularly update/localize the website contents

    -        Proceed with the website related project

    -        Cooperate with the Group communication dept. for the website improvement

D.  Assist to PR and communication

-        Monitor news on overall economy, related industry and customer industries.

-        Assist to draft press releases and manage media relationships

    -        Responsible for regular media clippings and reports

-        Write an article and consolidate and edit the articles written by employees

    -        Consolidate customer mailing lists and DM

E. Support the development and execution of marketing activities and initiatives. - Deliver, edit and optimize marketing materials.

F. Deliver master elements ready for use via multiple marketing channels

G. Assist to develop monthly and quarterly report

(Company introduction, Business Review Meeting, Annual Budget, market/competitor reports, etc)

    -        Prepare for the economic forecast and Executive summary

    -        Consolidate sales figure and each department’s activity

H. Assist to prepare/execute various kinds of marketing related surveys

I. Assist to select/manage marketing promotion items

J. Assist to draw the specially assigned projects

K. Support the optimization of the marketing process
