Responsible for providing scalable global processes focused on accuracy, simplification,

standardization, productivity and internal control.


Identify issues, recommend solutions and lead them to a successful conclusion.

Role- Customer Care Representative

End to end airline operation - Customer Care related issues, Reservations, Bulk bookings, Notification, Re-booking, Credit card verification, Queues Management, Email management for all corporate and travel agent queries


To be able to deal with customers and meet customer requirements

HR Specialist - Shared Services


Location - Penang, Malaysia

Provide transactional HR support, including end-to-end on/offboarding support

Manage benefits and leave administration, including liaise with insurers/brokers and monthly payroll feed

Rank: Junior/Senior Level


1/ Proficient in English


2/ Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent


3/ 1 year or more with relevant experience in HR shared service environment


4/Knowledge in Oracle HR system will be an added advantage


Customer Service – Japanese speaker

 Location - Singapore

CS-related work under the systematic global company that handles customer inquiries by phone, mail or chat.

To be able to deal with customers and meet customer requirements

1/ Advanced level in Japanese (JLPT Lv1, JPT score 800)
