As an assistant account manager, you will be working side with different teams to make sure all projects are processing as intended in a timely manner. Another important part of your job will be to incorporate Supercell’s values and culture within the team. ◈ Responsibility
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects - Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget - Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress - Manage changes to the project scope and project schedule using appropriate verification techniques - Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques - Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation - Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members’ individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels - Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals - Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members - Use and continually develop leadership skills - Perform other related duties as assigned
| ◈ Required - Native written and verbal skill in English and Korean - Three or more years of experience in project
management or related field - Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Time management skills - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Analytical / critical thinking mindset - Proactive attitude of finding areas in which to improve

- Three or more years of experience in Customer service
