Job Description

• You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.

• General purpose of job is to assist in the smooth and efficient running of the Personnel Department within the Human Resources Division and the implementation of Hyatt’s Value and Culture throughout the hotel.

• To assist Human Resources Manager to ensure that the Department’s activities are aligned with the Corporate Human Resources Strategy, and that the Hotel Actions have been implemented where appropriate.

• The position will initially be based in Jeju City/Island, South Korea.

 

Qualification 

• A minimum of a year experience as Human Resources Coordinator in a big operation.

• Relevant studies or experience (Bachelor degree minimum) with focus in Business, Hotel Management and/or Tourism & Hospitality.

• Fluency (read, speak and write) in both Korean and English.

 

 

 

Team Leader -

Human Resources

• The position will initially be based in Jeju City/Island, South Korea.

 

Qualification 

• A minimum of three years' experience as Team Leader Human Resources in a big operation.

• Relevant studies or experience (Bachelor degree minimum) with focus in Business, Hotel Management and/or Tourism & Hospitality.

• Knowledge of Labor Law in South Korea market and Fluency (read, speak and write) in both Korean and English.

• Knowledge in PeopleSoft and Taleo System.


Assistant Manager -

Human Resources

• You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.

• General purpose of job is to assist in the smooth and efficient running of the Personnel Department within the Human Resources Division and the implementation of Hyatt’s Value and Culture throughout the hotel.

• To assist Human Resources Manager to ensure that the Department’s activities are aligned with the Corporate Human Resources Strategy, and that the Hotel Actions have been implemented where appropriate.

• The position will initially be based in Jeju City/Island, South Korea.


Qualification 

• A minimum of three years' experience as Assistant Manager Human Resources or Personnel Manager in a big operation.

• Hotel Opening experience and understanding of casino integrated resort operations.

• Relevant studies or experience (Bachelor degree minimum) with focus in Business, Hotel Management and/or Tourism & Hospitality.

• Solid knowledge of Labor Law in South Korea market and Fluency (read, speak and write) in both Korean and English.


Assistant Learning Manager

(대리/과장급)

• You will be responsible to support Learning Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Learning Department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.

• General purpose of job is to assist in the smooth and efficient running of the Learning Department within the Human Resources Division and the implementation of Hyatt’s Value and Culture throughout the hotel.

• To assist Learning Manager to ensure that the Department’s activities are aligned with the Corporate Human Resources Strategy, and that the Hotel Actions have been implemented where appropriate.

• The position will initially be based in Jeju City/Island, South Korea.


Qualification 

• Ideally with a university degree or diploma in HRD or Educational development.

• Minimum 4 years work experience at learning department in larger operation.

• Good presentation, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.

• Fluency (read, speak and write) in both Korean and English.

• Experience in hospitality industry is a plus.
