Regional Sales Manager (영업)

Job Description :
1. Meeting and exceeding set sales quotas while adhering to Porex’s sales rule of engagement.
2. Update and recommend changing market trends so that management can make and adjust strategic plan accordingly.
3. Prepare sales budget, objectives and expense goals.
4. Seek, identify and secure new business through market investigation and sales development activities. Monitor and coordinate the key events in the development cycle of the products to these new accounts with the Product Development Engineers.
5. Work with customers and QC and PXM internal staff to resolve customers’ issues and complaints.
6. Spend an appropriate amount of time in the field to gather competitive intelligence and observe first hand current market trend, customer attitudes, programs and pricing effectiveness.
7. Pre-plan on an annual basis, travel itineraries and activities for customers’ contacts. Prepare timely report on these contacts.
8. Travel within the territory to assist agents and sales executive in developing new business. Provide the primary contact, assisting in educating and motivating, visiting potential and existing accounts with them.
9. Provide the primary customer field contact, developing and implementing “key accounts” strategies
10. Represent company at trade exhibition meetings to promote products.
11. Responsible for the implementation, communication, coordination and management of all matters related to Quality Management System (QMS) ISO process.
12. Perform any other related lawful duties that may be given by the management from time to time.
