[Job Description]

- Provide technical and application solution of CCS for EV/HEV in automotive. Work with FAE & sales for delivering product design concept and proven technologies to the customer.

- Review customer application requirement and provide Company`s design solution and recommendation

- Own all technical aspects (mechanical design, analysis, cost, functionality) and be responsible for developing and delivering upgrades and enhancements that meets all the planned technical and reliability specifications.

- Take the lead for engineering collaboration with Korea and China engineering team for design, validation as well as customer interface.

[Qualification]

- At least 10 years automotive experience in 

    a. welding and/or machining and/or SMD solder reflow in new development and testing

    b. well knowing about battery pack component for EV/HEV

    c. FPCB design or related application experienced

    d. wiring harness, connector system experienced

- Strong customer orientation for real time communication and solving design issues.

- Familiar with APQP and/or DFMEA, DOE for new product development.

- Automotive Tier-1 company experience are preferred.

- Demonstrate effective written and verbal English communication
