Preparation phase
- Prepare an overall capacity plan to execute the assigned
upgrade at the customer site.
- Together with line management assure that staffing is done
according to blueprint.
- Agree with local site management on local resource allocation.
- Prepare travel/housing/seating/communication needs for
the whole team.
- Define and agree on total upgrade package including extra
work that’s not part of the upgrade. The agreement has to be
made between local CS, FF Upgrades Project manager and you.
- Define and maintain rules/way of working during upgrades
and have this reviewed by line management.
Execution phase:
- Provide and share an operational planning, with pre-defined
milestones to the FF Upgrades Project manager.
- Support the execution of the upgrade taking the following
into account:
ㆍBe the ambassador of the Customer Support Upgrades
department
ㆍTake the lead in escalation management when needed.
ㆍManage on-site resource issues
(sick-leave, training, time-off etc.)
- Issue management

Reporting phase
- Daily progress check - Reporting on project status during
the upgrade.

Education
BA in technical degree (Metrology, Mathematics, Mechanical,
Mechatronics, Electronics, (Applied) Physics.
Experience
- Experience in a challenging environment with high tech products and complex processes
- Total 10 years in related fields and at least 1-3 years’ work experience as a Project Leader.

Workstream
Project Leader

- Expectation and simulation of customer's productivity to
prevent performance issue (Imaging, Overlay, Productivity)
- PM optimization, Part navigation (DOA, Part usage),
Consumable parts list up / fill rate. Build up infrastructure.
- Internal cooperation and interconnection among local
departments. Organize a project by customer's request
and assign local action and VHV owner.

- The NPI compliance Project Leader is responsible to qualify
all ASML NPI products regard to customer regulations
and/or Korea government regulations – for ex, Samsung
common spec, 8 categories, EHS items, KOSHA etc,..) to
ensure all ASML products are comply to customer and/or

- NPI compliance Project Leader will take own all ASML
internal activities and customer interface regard to customer
