- Department : Retail
- Reporting to : Retail Manager, Korea and General Manager, Korea
- Role Purpose : To provide support to the department in managing retail operations
and support functions for all DOS stores in Korea, to become the
main point of contact and ensure cross-functional working relationships
|

Sales and Brand Management |

|
|
|

Assist the manager to establish and implement action plans to achieve/exceed sales goals and KPI
- Work with Store Managers to achieve sales budgets and the defined sales forecasts via monthly business reviews
- Report to the manager to identify market trends and factors contributing to or detracting from sales and propose actions
- Partner with other departments to work on merchandises, VM and CRM opportunities on a regular basis
- Ensure stores environment are consistently compelling through brand presentation.

Retail Operations Management |

- Assist the manager to monitor all aspects of store operations including daily reconciliation reports,
bank statement and sales reports submitted by Store-in-charge
- Maintain operational standards, and ensuring company policies and practices are followed in the stores
- Prepare and analysis daily, weekly and monthly reports for management review
- Regularly visit all stores to assess company and competitor performance as well as market development especially men’s business
- Foster an environment in each store where service excellence is the top priority through training, coaching,
modelling appropriate selling behaviours and personal involvement
- Work closely with Store Development Project team on new store opening and store enhancement projects
- Prepare and analysis daily, weekly and monthly reports for management review
- Liaise with stores to ensure the stock transferred has been running efficiently
- Any ad hoc project as assigned by the Retail Manager, Korea and General Manager, Korea |

- Assist the manager to acquire, retain and develop potential talents.
Responsible for the network recruitment of service-oriented and passionate sales associates
- Work with Store Managers to monitor staff roster and manpower planning
- Act as a bridge between Corporate Office and Retail colleagues |

|
QUALIFICATION / EDUCATION |
|
|
|
|
- Degree holder in any disciplines |
|
|
|
|
|
|
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in luxury retail industry

Strong organizational skill, detail-minded and able to work under pressure

Excellent numerical and analytical skills
-
Well versed in Microsoft Word and Excel spread sheet
-
Good command of written and spoken English |
|
|
|
|
|
|
- Demonstrable ability to use initiative and be proactive

Have a sense of urgency and ability to deal swiftly with changing needs
