담당업무
- Management for Sales, Project and Key account
- 1. Sales
- Front End customer development for customer SYMC, GM and Japanese OEM
- Acquisition / Quote New Project RFQ Lead for new Win Business
- Managing customer relationship
- customer Information handling (Volume, Price, Opportunity, Commercial Issues.
- New Japanese OEM business development (Honda, Nissan and Mitsubishi-Fuso etc.,)
- Responsible for sales planning - 2. Project Manager
- Project management as Project leader in term of schedule , profits and leading of project team.
- Satisfying of Customer requirement according to Product life cycle time ( APQP Project Management)
- Reporting of Project level to management and headquarter (German)
- Design change management - 3. KAM (Key account Manager)
-Develops and prepares both tactical and strategically plans and budgets for respective Tier 1s
based on BK goals and growth objectives
- Derives strategic measures based on the analyses of the market share, sales volume and contribution
margin for the dedicated Tier 1
- Annual price negotiation and agreement on bonus agreement if needed
- Negotiation and implementation of customer contracts (e.g. terms and conditions, quality commitments,
non-disclosure agreements, letters of nomination, logistic contracts)
- Maintenance of price and conditions, including service pricing (e.g. acceleration fees)
자격요건
- Minimum of 15 years professional experience in automotive sales.
