Legal & Compliance Intern

Job Description:
- The candidate will report to and work closely with the Inhouse Lawyer and CEO of the company, and collaborate with other employees of the company.
- To help define, create and edit legal documents and contracts to both protect TÜV SÜD Korea and help the company move its business forward. This position will allow you to learn all aspects of the company’s busy corporate legal practice.
- Assist with reviewing, drafting and revising a wide variety of contracts, including non-disclosure agreements, customer and supplier agreements, professional services agreements, etc. Including ad-hoc researches, creating adequate templates that fit flexibly into different situations, researching statutes, laws, and other legal matters applicable to the company’s activities.
- Provide support in compliance and legal risk management. Aggregate past contracts and scoring for risk assessment.
- Assist with various corporate matters, corporate governance matters and filings.
- Collaborate with other departments including, sales, HR, marketing, finance and others as required.
- Support devising education program and conduct contract workshop to encourage efficient and responsible controlling and reviewing contract.
- Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:
- Law school graduate
- Fluent in both English and Korean
- Intermediate or Advanced software skill
- Good writing, communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail

Other (preferable) requirements:
- Law School degree acquired overseas (U.S law, Australia, etc.)
- Motivated and energetic with an ability to work independently, multi-task and problem solve
