Accountability
• Co-ordinate accounts payable process as first line contact with employees and transaction center
• Provide guidance to employees on Travel Expense Reporting policy, procedure and system
• Reconcile and file input VAT
• Work with HR for payroll accounting and process payroll vouchers
• Perform monthly account reconciliation and prepare local statutory reporting for accounts payable
• Other administrative work in relation to accounts payable process
Qualification
• BA degree or above in accounting or related fields
• Knowledge on accounting policies, procedures and internal controls
• 3~5 years working experience in financial accounting in multi-national company
• Good English skills including speaking and writing
• Good communication, interpersonal and organizing skill
• Positive, strong ownership and self-motivation
• Pro-activeness and ability to work under pressure
