- 4년제 대졸 이상 (졸업예정자 지원 가능, 전공 무관)
- Intern experiences in FMCG industry or as sales staff in retail store preferred.
- Driver's license mandatory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill
- Good MS-office skill
- English Skill : Basic business communication level and above
- Team player and proactive with respectful manner |

[Set/Implement operating plans for each store]
- Understand store sales trends and find opportunities/threats through sales data analysis
- Plan and execute store promotion aligned to account strategies
- Set action plans for store performance enhancement and constantly monitor progress.
- Plan/implement seasonal events and material development plan.
[Store Management and communication to execute account plans]
- Visit sales stores to manage sites and gather information.
- Identify/share competitor’s activities trend and market opportunities and threats
- Identify product inventory and request for solutions
- Communicate with provincial team on promotions/ changes on channel plan.
- Manage KPI (budget, return etc.) to achieve sales goal.
[Team support / Communication]
- Support KAM and the team to enable/deliver channel sales plan on time and efficiently.
- Actively co-work and communication with cross-functional team (Shopper and Customer marketing, Supply chain etc.)
for store sales activities management and development. |
