wrap-up phase.
- Overall upgrade preparation and manage Cycle Time/Quality.

- Effective & efficient communication with customer and
stakeholders.
- Cost review and Manage/Monitor safety and security
regulations together with manager.
- Risk assessment for coming day’ activities in upgrade.
- Point out recurring problems during upgrade progress and

Education

- Photo-lithography, Electro-Mechanical or Ultra Clean Vacuum.
- PMM training and Project Leading experience are preferred.

Project Leader

- Prepare site and engineer skill readiness of EUV products to
ensure site self-sufficient for the field maintenance service.
- Single point of contact for field operation toward EUV training
department to centrally coordinate field's needs and
communication with global.
- Support field operation for engineers’ skill improvement to
ensure site self-sufficient and local solving power.
- Identify engineers’ knowledge gap and create proposal to
close the gap. Arrange trainings, local KT’s, mentor-buddy
activities to support engineers in the execution of skill
improvement plan.

Workstream
Project Leader

- Expectation and simulation of customer's productivity to
prevent performance issue (Imaging, Overlay, Productivity)
- PM optimization, Part navigation (DOA, Part usage),
Consumable parts list up / fill rate. Build up infrastructure.
- Internal cooperation and interconnection among local
departments. Organize a project by customer's request
and assign local action and VHV owner.
- Be bridge between customer-local team-and
R&D/Marketing to take actions and give feedback to

- Support the customer support engineer for developing,

- Act as a coach to embed continuous Improvement culture

- Coordinate statutory financial reporting process for legal
