- Fastener industry experience preferable
- Profound market knowledge and strategy thinking
- Proven track-record of customer project realization
- Effectively communicate value propositions through presentation, negotiation and communication skills
- Able to perform in a fast-paced environment and used to work under pressure
- Responsible, meticulous, motivated, customer oriented
- Highly independent and hands-on to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Good knowledge of MS Office, CRM would be an asset
