Job description |
|
|
|
|
- CSAs will respond to inbound customer inquiries. CSAs will use a wide variety of cloud based tools to navigate customer accounts,
research and review policies, and communicate effective solutions. |

Responsibility |

- Demonstrates clear and polite written communication
- Escalates customer issues appropriately and correctly. Demonstrates timely accurate and professional customer service
- Maintains a positive and professional demeanor and portrays the company in a positive light
- Demonstrates knowledge and use of departmental resources, policies and procedures
- Maintains email handle time, while remaining friendly and informative (after call email to customers)
- Maintains productivity and quality standards
- Actively seeks solutions and identifies trends to appropriate personnel including possible solutions or suggestions
- Demonstrates appropriate sense of urgency for customer responses
- All other duties as assigned

Work environment |
|
|
|
- Working hours : 5 days in a week (8 hours + 1 hour lunch time per day) Including weekends and public holidays
- Salary : Basic Salary: 5000RM, Language allowance 500RM, KPI 300RM (up to), Night Shift Allowance 300RM (if applicable)
- Requirement
ㆍJapanese speaking (above N2 level)
ㆍBasic English
ㆍBasic PC skills, able to handle multiple tasks
- Preferred : Working experience at Customer Service fields
- Educational Background ( must meet either one )
ㆍUniversity graduates (Degree holder)
ㆍExpected university graduate
ㆍDiploma holders
ㆍHigh school graduates with 5 years working experience in similar fields |
