Job Summary: Responsible for leading JCI’s account approach for an extremely important Enterprise customer, ensuring that JCI achieves annual business targets, maintains key customer relationships and acts as the customer’s JCI single point of contact, and coordinates JCI global sales and operations support to the account. Role with report to the APAC Enterprise Account Director based in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities: • Maintain excellent relationships with multiple key stakeholders within the customer’s organization, acting as the customer’s single point of contact, to ensure high customer satisfaction and to position JCI as a trusted partner. • Coordinate cross-functional internal JCI teams to meet the customer’s technical requirements in the pre-sales, sales and post-sales stages. • Develop new areas of business with the customer, expanding the number of solutions and services currently being offered to the customer. • Interface with JCI country management. Resolve customer issues. Plan, assign and direct team members on day-to-day and project and/or service work, ensuring any customer standards are being adhered to. • Develop Global sales opportunities with the customer, assisting local country sales teams in converting opportunities to secured sales. • Ownership of the Account Plan, defining and tracking global, regional and local strategies to ensure specific targets are met. • Align JCI’s account strategies with the customer’s business strategies. • Maintain account meeting cadence, coordinating regular account meetings to ensure timely activities and reporting on sales opportunities. • Responsible for managing the global opportunity pipeline – tracking opportunities to ensure increased win rates, supporting local teams in achieving this by leveraging customer relationships and sharing best-practice sales-related activities. • Lead all contractual discussions with the customer, coordinating with JCI legal teams to review contracts and with the lines of business to ensure favourable commercial terms, ensuring that all internal legal guidelines are followed. • Provide regular account updates to Enterprise Account, Regional and Global Leadership, specifically on financial performance, account strategies and future pipeline.
Education & Experience requirements: • Minimum 5 years senior sales management work experience in operations from sizable multi-national corporations. • Experience in a regional or a global role mandatory. • Electrical contracting or technology background will be viewed favourably. • Excellent English and Korean oral, written and presentation skills with ability to present to senior level executives as well represent the company at public or industry events.
