주요 수행업무
- - Customer day to day support
· Solve customers’ tool issues in short loops to enable smooth fab automation.
· Perform fault isolation tests, to assist in problem resolution and customer situation management. Clear problem statement and data collection for issues that can’t be solved on site.
· Assist in the communication and collaboration with the customer regarding tool performance issues, and their resolution path. Resolve issue and provide the proper report to the customer.
· Develop a collaborative relationship with the customer and identify the high value problems that need PDC’s attention. Customer facing focal for technical system issues, giving presentations and collaborating with the customer.
- New Products R&D
· Work for future developments with PDC, perform c&f on site with customer related data
· At any given time, the PDC’s technology team is working on numerous short and long term tasks designed to optimize the performance of the current platform, as well as develop the next generation platform.
· Many of these tasks require extensive on-tool experiments on relevant customer wafers.
· The R&D extension engineer is expected to take on individual tasks running in the technology and system teams, and progress with these topics. He is also expected to perform tasks as part of the PDC team meaning on PDC tool with collaboration of the multiple disciplines – application, algo, physics electronics, etc…
· Direct link between the R&D to the field / customer for any Data / Solution transfer and dialogue. May lead on site data collection and analysis to observe the option of future developments
자격요건
- 전공 : 전자전기, 전자공학
· Excellent analytical skills
· Hands-on capabilities
· Independent, can work in an open environment and efficiently manage his own work
· Highly motivated, Determined, Hard working
· 3 years of experience as a systems engineer- preferred
· Good interpersonal relations, Good communication & presentation skills
· Can work in a dynamic and changing environment
· Good English
· Travel: Needs to come for 1-2 months training at PDC (Israel)
Should come for frequent visits in PDC (2-3 times/year)
