[ASICS] HR Manager

SUMMARY OF JOB PURPOSE 
Enable Asics Korea to achieve their business goals, through providing business insights and thought leadership, coaching and development.
The HR Manager supports Asics objectives through implementation of Human Resources strategy and People Agenda. This includes execution of HR policy, C&B programs, HRIS and processes and partnering with managers to meet business goals

ACCOUNTABILITY / ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Become a business partner for the organization in terms of people management.
Be a coach to managers, and career/development advisor to employees.
Design, implement and monitor the reward system to maintain market competitiveness and retain talents
Hire and retain diverse talent within the Asics organization. 
Facilitates effective performance management process across the organization
Evolves Asics culture through employee engagement, diversity and inclusion activities.
Participate Success Factors (HRIS) project and maintain HR data.
Provide effective relationship with HQ ensuring the consistency with global objectives and strategy.

Develop and implement HR policies  in line with business strategies and corporate guideline

Maintain high level of HR service and operational excellence in payroll, benefit admin.
