[Accountabilities]
■ Manage training & development
1. Lead training needs analysis process to establish the learning and development needs of the company
2. Lead the development of departmental training matrices and the formulation of departmental as well as total company training plans
3. Plan and schedule all training/ learning activities in the approved training plans, including all necessary approval and communication course registration, payment and training grants
4. Coordinate international, regional & local training assignments for staff
5. Lead the evaluation of training effectiveness, including evaluation analysis and reports
6. Lead the updating of information in the E-Learning Management System
7. Lead the generation of all required training analysis and reports (e.g. training places, training hours, training expenditure & training budget, etc)
8. Responsible for implementing the staff orientation program, including planning, coordination with departmental presenters, all necessary communication and logistics, tracking of on-boarding/ transition program completion
9. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in training processes

■ Location HR management in KLC, DDC & offsites and General HR Management
1. Manage attendance, leave and extended works
2. Hire outsourcing white & blue color employees and update headcount for existing outsourced employees in weekly basis
3. Calculate competitive labor cost through market salary survey
4. Provide active and effective response for legal issues to support CL/SCM team as a business partner
5. Involved in report task such as HR KPI, ISO, AEO, Audit initiated by customer

[Qualifications]
1. Skilled in suing all MS office products.
2. Fluent in English.
3. 3~5 years of HRD and HR related experience.
4. Abundant knowledge for Labor law including the Labor Standard Act.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
