  The chance to join the global leader in music publishing does not come up very often.
Universal Music Publishing are currently looking for a Creative Assistant to join the team
in South Korea on a 9 month temporary contract.
The successful candidate will have the chance to work with renowned songwriters
of the world, from the brightest emerging talent to household names.

This position is suited to someone who is highly proactive with excellent
communication skills, they will also be well organised with strong attention to details.
Previous music publishing or record label experience may be favourable,
however we are willing to train someone with the right attitude and passion.
Ideally, you will be available to start work by early June.		  
소제목아이콘 Key Responsibilities
- Seek opportunities to connect and work with overseas songwriters.
- Act as the communication point between UMP’s writers and label A&R.
- Pitch songs to label A&R contacts to create opportunities songwriters.
- Negotiate and execute agreements with songwriters.
  Prepare documentation for all deals and handle other administrative duties for the department.
- Schedule and coordinate demo production process.
- Assist with the organisation of song camps and other writer/artist collaborations.

- University degree qualification.
- Superb communication skills. The ability to work well with people from all different levels and backgrounds.
- Advanced administrative and documentation skills. Strong attention to detail.
- Strong passion for music. Listens to a broad range of genres, familiar with local and international music.
- Fluent in both English & Korean language.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office.
