[Job Summary] : Reporting to D.O.T / H.O.T supporting the training and customer experience
[essential duties and responsibilities] 1. Day to day responsibility for: * Scheduling of training equipment; * Trainee administration (Trainee records) * Liaison with instructors and relevant departments * Liaison with Finance Department for invoicing to customers * Work with CAE Regional Sales Manage to support marketing of services * Customer engagement (on-site customer support); * Manages customer surveys and compiles monthly report; * Coordinates and manages out of hour facility access requests.
2. General Administrative Duties: * Answering all incoming phone calls; * General office duties as required * Filing and archiving; * Keeping record of training * Support for maintaining inst. qualifications and manage their record files * Keeping record of stationary and ordering stationary when required; * T&L supports
Required to provide detailed report monthly on instructor utilization and on customer satisfaction to direct manager
[Job Requirements] A. Educational Background * Minimum level of education required : Above associate’s degree or college degree B. Job-Related Experience * preferred above 2-5 years C. Other Job-Related Skills/Background Licenses, certificates, registrations, or any relevant job skill or abilities not covered in Educational Background or Job-Related Experience sections above that are required for the job. * High level of customer service skills * Good level of verbal and written communication including English * Dispute resolution skills * Comfortable with new computer programs * Ability to work independently but knows when to ask for help * Planning and organizing * Detail orientated * Problem solving
