- Develop and Lead coaching plan for identified audiences within
CS organizations in multiple (Asian) countries for successful
transformation and sustainability of mindset/lean behaviors.
- Define and own the overall coaching plan (work activities,
coaching contract, training, feedback sessions)
- Share responsibility to reach the organizational targets together
with line management. Respectfully challenge the status quo to
create room for change.
- Drive standardization (e.g Leadership standard work), based
upon the ASML Lean model and in cooperation with the CS
Headquarter Lean implementation team.
- Transform mindsets (Mindset changes) to maintain continuous
improvement efforts beyond project activities and change
employees’ way of working to a Lean way of working. |
Education
- Master Degree preferably in Operations

Experience
- Strong English communication skill/ability is

General responsibilities
- Align the Korea and Japan business needs with the
company-wide People Development programs and processes
goals in close cooperation with the ASIA HR Line team and
the Senior Manager, People Development Asia
- Support HR Line in Korea and Japan to translate business
needs into learning & development and talent management
solutions and lead overall coordination of these solution
- Contribute to the development of company-wide people
processes, programs and policies by participating in global
projects

- Support HR Line ASIA in defining learning interventions
