[Summary]
The position is designed for the systematic application of scientific knowledge and experiences to build up excellences and healthiness.

[Responsibilities]
1) Responsibility and accountability for Make PMO
2) Coordination of Make initiated NPIs projects
3) Responsibility and accountability to lead package validation
4) Be a representative for JJPS deployment and maintaining the sustainability
5) Monthly Make Performance update and reporting out
6) Data analysis and verification for JJPS
7) Capability building and coaching for work stream leaders


[Requirements]
1) Communication and presentation skills
2) Strong leadership to deliver projects through close connection with stakeholder
3) Enhanced ownership and accountabilities for leading new program and knowledge of M2W philosophies
4) Project management skills with various experiences
5) Understanding of standard costing structures
6) Decision making based on RCPS
7) Basic knowledge for cGMP
8) Familiar about manufacturing process with various experiences
