Job Description
- Greet all guests with a big warm smile
- Answer all incoming calls & Take accurate messages
- Handle incoming mails upon arrival
- Handle outgoing mails to be delivered
- Maintain an accurate Client List
- Coordinate Boardroom Booking
- Make travel/hotel arrangements
- Be familiar with the PABX & Video Conferencing systems
- Ensure good maintenance of all Center’s facilities
- Order stationeries, and pantry supplies
- Maintain accurate Inventory Lists
- Assist to close account at month end

Job Requirements
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent level in MS Office
- Strong communication & interpersonal skill
- Customer oriented mind
- Energetic, Enthusiastic, Flexible, Punctual
- Experience in hospitality industry preferred
